Pasta Anyone!!

My cute cute Don, I think you could give him a rock and he would find some type of joy in it:-) Stacie & Kevin gave us a Kitchenaid for Christmas, so we went today and bought the Pasta attachment and Don loved it!!
Look at the joy on his face. He made the noodles from scratch.

We need to get the drying rack.

The recipe made a lot of noodles for our Italian dinner Branson is cooking us tomorrow, yes I said Branson. He will be cooking it himself, he found the recipes online. I love my family sooo much.

I hope this is low fat pasta, Don and I need to lose weight this coming year. I'm sure it's low fat LOL!!

CHRISTMAS :-)

This year it was Stacie's turn to have us stay overnight on Christmas Eve. I love having traditions. We took this picture before the kids went to bed.
It was Brittnie's turn to have the breakfast, so we had to travel in the big snow storm. I really wasn't that scared, well kind of LOL.

What cute sisters, I love the kids in their Christmas PJ's. The snow was so bad that Kevin & Stacie just had the kids wear their pajamas, there wasn't enough time to have them all get ready or they wouldn't have made it to Brittnie & Jason's.

Kee'Onu & Ke'Lao really didn't mind that I wanted to take their picture, it usually is a 10 minute process LOL. Maybe I can always threaten to take their presents away j/k.

This picture of Kaili & Sasha is sooo cute. Sasha looks like she feels so safe in Kaili's arms.

I gave all the girls baby dolls for Christmas, which is one of my favorite things. Kaili took this picture of her doll by our little tree, then they all wanted to. Isn't he cute:-)

Then it was Ku'uipo's turn. She named her doll Kayla. She is a Fuller and has to stick to the K names, her other doll's name is Kila LOL:-)

They were all so happy I loved it. Life would be boring without girls.

Keo kept asking for a computer, so we found him one that also has Spanish. I think he is going to love playing with it because it looks just like a real laptop.

Kee'Onu wanted games for the DS and Wii. This one is hard to see but I think it's Brain Academy. I think this will be fun for the whole family. I'm really not into the games unless the family can all play together. I love when my kids were little and me and Don would play games as a family, I really believe they can make you closer if everyone are involved. I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!

Our Christmas Party

My 3 wonderful kids, I love having pictures of all 3 of them together:-) Brittnie was in charge of the Christmas party this year and I loved it!! She kept it real simple, the way Christmas should be. I love you Brittnie!!
I did not want to sit on Santa's lap, it's been a loooong time and few pounds ago. I already have what I want for Christmas, a close family and great friends!!

Santa played football with the kids and they loved it.

What a cute picture of Kaili with Santa.

This is my great niece Lucie, she was an angel at the party. What beautiful brown eyes she has.

This is our four generation picture with me, Stacie, my mom, Ku'uipo, and Ki'Aja. No, Ku'uipo doesn't wear makeup she had a dance performance.

Keo is very curious about Santa not having a cherry nose like the song " Must be Santa "
HO HO HO, cherry nose,Cap on head, suit that's red,Special night, beard that's white, Must be Santa must be Santa,Must be Santa, Santa Claus. He learned this song in school and says it's not the real Santa, because he has no cherry nose. I love this age.

Keo again checking out the nose on Santa.

Ku'uipo and Kaili, best cousins. I hope they will always remain close.

Decorating the House:-)

Every year I make gingerbread houses ( gram cracker) with the kids. I had 12 kids this year and I would have a lot more if I had the room. The one year when I made them they were all finished and ready to take home and they collapsed, there were a lot of tears. My neighbor told me her sister would hot glue them, yes I also thought it was kind of weird, until I tried it. We could have an earthquake and the houses would make it through. Sasha had a lot of fun:-)
We also made chocolate suckers in molds, the kids thought it was really fun. This is Kaili dipping her sucker in the chocolate.
This is Alise, my friend Dorthy's daughter. She is the same age as Kaili & Ku'uipo, it was a lot of fun having her.
Ku'uipo showing the finished product.
This picture shows some of the group. The kids that came were Noelle (my niece), Lexy (Ku'uipo's friend), Brock, Megan, Abbie ( my friend Stacie's kids), Alise, and all my grand kids. I look forward to this all year, in a few years I will have them build their own and they will win prizes in different categories. I have been so blessed to have all the wonderful opportunities to be with my grand kids and friends kids.
