It's finished!! Don can put in the appliances Yea!! Well don't let me get ahead of myself, Derek is finished, cabinet boy needs to finish.
Maybe this weekend we will get the double ovens and the under cabinet lighting in:-)
Yes, that is what you see the faucet, dishwasher, and the garbage disposal.
Running water in the kitchen, no more washing dishes in the bathroom yuck!! I know it makes you want to come and have dinner with us LOL!!

My Big Brother :-)

This is my brother Donnie ( well to everyone else Don). I always felt safe when I was younger with him, we are 5 years apart. Yes, he always tried to bug me and succeeded, but there is something about having a big brother.
I love this picture, he reminds me of my dad here. This was when we were in California, when my dad passed away. I couldn't believe how much alike we were. Both of us are really impatient, wiggle our leg when we are sitting, like people to talk fast without too much detail, and when we are given something to do we do our very best.

I can't believe how much Keo looks like Donnie when he was little. I know I don't say this enough, but I love you Donnie and thanks for being a great big brother !!!

My First Baby Girl Turns 30!!

My beautiful baby girl Stacie Dawn Evans Fuller turned 30 September 28th. She has been such a blessing in my life, I can't believe it has been 30 years. My baby girl was 6 lbs 15 Oz's 19"long. I am so blessed that our father in heaven trusted Don and I to raise her, because I know she is a valiant daughter of God. I love you Stacie, Happy Birthday!! Love, Mom

Painter for Free!!

I know this is kind of hard to see, but my painter did our rail and he didn't spray it he brushed it. Is he on drugs ( oh wait ... I think he is) we are facing west and can see every brush stroke around 4:00pm, but I guess I could blackout my windows and never open the front door.
Now this is nice, he forgot to clear coat this part, I guess I could staple some carpet to hide this. I would have been better off to have hired my grand kids to do the rail at least it would have been sentimental to me.
I love the rock!! Derek has done a great job. I was a little worried that it was going to be too dark, but I think it looks great.
Again remember his name Derek Glispy, he framed the arches, tile and rock. This is hard to find someone that does all 3. I love him:-)

This is inside of the arch and the ceiling of the arch, the track lighting will be hidden where the arch drops down.

Arches & Backsplash :-)

This is where the cooktop is going. There is an arch on the outside which will be rock and the inside is tile.
Remember this name Derek Gilispy; he knows how to tell time, when he says "I'm taking a lunch break" I know I will see him within an hour, not the next day, he also knows when to quit talking and start working, and best of all he does a great job!!
I know it looks dark, but my flash wasn't working:-(
It's hard to tell but this has an inset shelve. Everyone has given me the hardest time with the diamond as the focal point, because I hate diamonds, But I love this !!!

Just a close-up of the arch.

The Granite is in Yea!!!

The granite was put in today and I love it:-) We did 6cm chipped edge all the way around.
This is where the cooktop will be and the second oven, It will be arched with rock and the inside will be a backspash. This is suppose to happen on the 15th of this month, unless I misunderstood and it's the 15th of another month LOL:-)
This is the main bathroom, we still need to put the sink and faucet in it's just sitting there, along with the mirror.
The laundry also got granite, we didn't put 6cm or chipped edge in the laundry or main bath.
I love the sink, but you can't see the color very well, it's a kohler sink and the color is called black and tan. We are getting closer to having running water in the kitchen YEA!!!
