I can't believe he can wear this shirt 3
months ago the buttons were 6 inches away from each other. I'm not sure if he will go down much more on his shirt size because he has always had a big chest. This has been the best thing to happen to Don in a long time. He can bend over w/o hurting. I am so proud of him.
He was so excited he could fit into the pants size 40. He now weighs 219 lbs. He want to get to 190 but I'm happy with 200. Now I need to lose weight:-) I'm thankful he has always been positive about his journey. I really can't think of a
nicer guy, I'm so lucky:-)
