We start off the New Year's Eve with a very yummy dinner. This year it was steak and shrimp. It means so much to me to have all of my family together.
Then we have all the adults go do their thing. While we get to play with the kids. This year we made New Year masks. I always tell the kids that "this is your project, there is no right or wrong ways to do it". The more I do it I'm finding they are not looking at everyone else trying to copy, they are concentrating just on their own. I love that:-) They came up with the coolest designs.
We have to have our goofy picture.
Ben (our nephew) was so dang cute. This is his first year staying with us and he was so good. I don't know what I will do when they all grow up, I love them all so much.
Aja and Ben slept until 9:15 and the other woke up about 8:30. That was really nice, I thought they would be up around 6. They look so sweet sleeping.
