Prayers for my Baby Girls

This is my newest grand baby, It's a Girl!! Stacie had a doctor appointment yesterday and they finally found out it was a girl. I kind of knew it was a girl these last few weeks, because in all Don's prayers he kept saying "she." Well this is the happy news! I'm not a person that likes to tell long stories, but I will this time.
Before Stacie's apt. yesterday she took Keo to his apt. to see if he needed surgery on his broken collar bone, and luckily he looks great and is healing fine! After the appointment they went and met Don for lunch and then went to Smith's. She went to the bathroom and found she was bleeding, it scared her very much so she went to her doctor appointment quite early. They did an ultrasound and then met with the doctor. They said that her placenta was possibly tearing away, which is not good. They decided to admit her to the hospital. They were trying to get her to make all these decisions about what to do about her and the baby without Kevin. I just had back surgery so I was of no help. Kev finally got there and they told them they will do nothing to save the baby until she is 24 weeks, which is not until Saturday. I pray that they both will be OK. Please pray for them.
I also need you to pray for Brittnie she will be having surgery on her foot on the 20th. I will again be of no help because of my back, but I know prayers are what will help the most.
Thank You so Much to all my friends and family that has done such nice things for me since my surgery. I cannot wait to pay it forward!!! Love Ya, Cindy

It's Finished!!!!

We are finished, well there are little things. The camera didn't do a very good job I think the setting were wrong but you will get the idea. I had to post the ones I had, because I will be having surgery tomorrow. I hope it will feel like I just got a new back LOL.
This is part of the entry.

This is our fireplace redone. Granite is on the bottom, the rock is the same as in the kitchen, and I painted the mantel a dark rich brown. I know there is gold on the fireplace doors, I was going to paint them black but I think I like the contrast.

I love the family room without the burgundy carpet!! I will be getting rid of some of the furniture in this room.

It's so hard to see how pretty this is.

This is Don's favorite area. I love the pull out spice racks.

I have really loved the extra oven, thanks to everyone that talked me into it.

This is the living room, it's feels so warm now.

The other part of the living room. I love the wood on the stairs.

This is the formal dinning. It has been a lot of fun to have, we are back to dinner with the fam every Sunday!! I really love having everyone over now.
My laundry room.

This is the main bath ( Branson's) I didn't think I would like the vessel sink, but I really do.

This is the guest room.

The master bedroom. I can't say that these 10 months have been fun, but I can say I am very happy we are finished!! Contractors are one of a kind, one thing you can depend on is that they will always keep you guessing. A few sayings that I heard from contractors are: " They delivered the wood to the wrong address" " Wow this is a lot more work than I thought" Oh and my favorite! "I way under bid this job". I have learned a lot I don't think I would redo a house all at once while living in it, but at least it's all done at once. I have to thank Stacie Hanson for all the things she has done for us during this job, dinners, ice, her shoulder, her pep talks, and most of all her always being there for me, love ya Stac!!

Happy Birthday Rielly!!

Our beautiful niece Rielly Nicole Coggins was born January 9 of 2004, she lived on this earth for a little over 5 months. She was the sweetest baby and perfect in every way. Rielly's presence touched so many in such a short time that she will never be forgotten.
She was so content just watching everyone. She always had the brightest smile. She died of SIDS. We knew she was special from the beginning.

Noelle loved her so much. What a great big sister she was to her.

and here is proud mom and dad, Kevin & Maria. Kevin is Don's youngest brother.

Benjamin came into the family on April 2, 2006, Rielly's little brother. I know that we all miss Rielly but I also know that we will see her again because families can be together forever.

Ku'uipo's Baptism:-)

Ku'uipo looked so beautiful in her all white dress. I love her so much and hope she will always remember to choose the right.
I love this picture, if you look real close you can see a tear in Don's eye. What a sweet kiss.
Wow, it feels like it was yesterday that Stac was standing there.

Kee'Onu gave the talk before Ku'uipo was confirmed. He did such a great job:-) I pray they will always be close.

Stacie & Kevin, I'm so thankful that you are my grand kids parents. Remember that our Heavenly Father trusted both of you with his children to raise to be valiant children of God. I love you both very much.

New Years Eve Party!!

This is Noelle our niece, Ku'uipo & Kaili they were born within 12 days of each other. I really love how close they are it has been nice to have them together the last few parties.
Papa does such a nice job doing nails, is there anything Don cannot do LOL. Aja what beautiful makeup you have:-)

The boys got these really cute starwars guys and they loved them.

I love this picture of Branson, Aja, and MY new baby doll Regis. I love dolls and I got him for Christmas. I couldn't convince Don for the real thing so this will have to do LOL.

Isn't he cute!! I love him so much ( no, there is no alcohol in the glass it's sparkling apple something).

Me and my mom. I really don't know what I would do without her, she has really helped me since I've been sick. She is what unconditional love is all about.

Our little Keo got really sick and wasn't able to ring in the New Year with us. He is such a special kid. It was funny when I was asking Sasha about her and Keo in school she told me "Well Keo always goes to think time for being funny" . They are in the same class and both as different as day and night, Sasha is really sweet and quiet and Keo is sweet but never quiet.

This is one of the games we played every balloon had a note that said " sorry try again" or " You've won money" my mom did this game, she loves the kids so much.

They all had fireworks blowers, horns, and cowbells to ring in the New Year.

I love doing this every year the kids are such a blessing in my life. I never want them to grow up. Their joy and excitement are what it's all about!!

Pasta Anyone!!

My cute cute Don, I think you could give him a rock and he would find some type of joy in it:-) Stacie & Kevin gave us a Kitchenaid for Christmas, so we went today and bought the Pasta attachment and Don loved it!!
Look at the joy on his face. He made the noodles from scratch.

We need to get the drying rack.

The recipe made a lot of noodles for our Italian dinner Branson is cooking us tomorrow, yes I said Branson. He will be cooking it himself, he found the recipes online. I love my family sooo much.

I hope this is low fat pasta, Don and I need to lose weight this coming year. I'm sure it's low fat LOL!!

CHRISTMAS :-)

This year it was Stacie's turn to have us stay overnight on Christmas Eve. I love having traditions. We took this picture before the kids went to bed.
It was Brittnie's turn to have the breakfast, so we had to travel in the big snow storm. I really wasn't that scared, well kind of LOL.

What cute sisters, I love the kids in their Christmas PJ's. The snow was so bad that Kevin & Stacie just had the kids wear their pajamas, there wasn't enough time to have them all get ready or they wouldn't have made it to Brittnie & Jason's.

Kee'Onu & Ke'Lao really didn't mind that I wanted to take their picture, it usually is a 10 minute process LOL. Maybe I can always threaten to take their presents away j/k.

This picture of Kaili & Sasha is sooo cute. Sasha looks like she feels so safe in Kaili's arms.

I gave all the girls baby dolls for Christmas, which is one of my favorite things. Kaili took this picture of her doll by our little tree, then they all wanted to. Isn't he cute:-)

Then it was Ku'uipo's turn. She named her doll Kayla. She is a Fuller and has to stick to the K names, her other doll's name is Kila LOL:-)

They were all so happy I loved it. Life would be boring without girls.

Keo kept asking for a computer, so we found him one that also has Spanish. I think he is going to love playing with it because it looks just like a real laptop.

Kee'Onu wanted games for the DS and Wii. This one is hard to see but I think it's Brain Academy. I think this will be fun for the whole family. I'm really not into the games unless the family can all play together. I love when my kids were little and me and Don would play games as a family, I really believe they can make you closer if everyone are involved. I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!
